What is the delivery time for my order?

Due to huge crowds, delivery time is currently 7 - 15 working days. We hope for your understanding. To accommodate you a little, we do not charge any shipping costs and we take these costs entirely at our own expense. Update: Most packages arrive in the Netherlands a little faster! Normally you will receive your package within 10 working days.

What should I do if I have not yet received my order?

As described above, we aim to deliver your order within 10 working days. Due to the crowds, this can sometimes take a little longer. We hope for your understanding. If the period has expired and you still have not received anything, please send an email to info@kerstgadget.com. We will then find out for you what is going on with your package.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?

To send a return, simply contact our customer service at info@kerstgadget.com. Please include your name, order number that you received in the confirmation email and the reason for return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that is done, you can send the product to us via the courier of your choice.

What are the costs of returns?

Unfortunately, returns to us are at your own expense. The costs will therefore depend on the courier. Consult the website of the relevant courier you want to ship with for more information about prices.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There is always a return period of 14 days. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for returning.

You can only return the item if:

  • The return period has not yet expired
  • The product is in the original packaging and all labels are still attached
  • The product has not yet been used

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept payments via iDeal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Creditcard, Amex, Google Pay and Klarna. If you're not sure if your payment method was accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to then explore all possible options. All transactions go through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore safe.

What if I have not received a confirmation email for my order?

That is not the intention, send an email with your full name and email to info@kerstgadget.com. We will help you quickly.

Can i cancel my order?

Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Send an email to info@kerstgadget.com as soon as possible. Please include your name, order number that you received in the confirmation email and the reason why you would like to cancel the order.
